1. Are your diamonds real and certified?
Yes, absolutely. All of our diamonds are 100% genuine, ethically sourced, and certified for quality and authenticity. We work with trusted suppliers and ensure every stone meets the highest standards.

2. Do you offer custom jewellery?
We do. Whether you're designing an engagement ring or adding a personal touch to a piece, our team is here to help bring your vision to life.

3. What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy on all unworn and undamaged items. Custom made and engraved pieces are non-refundable, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most items are dispatched within 2–4 weeks. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 2–6 weeks depending on the design. If you need a piece sooner, please get in touch via email at sales@layladiamonds.com.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international delivery with tracking and insurance. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes owed.

6. Can I have my ring resized?
Of course. We offer one free resizing within a year of delivery. Additional resizing will incur a small fee.

7. Do your rings come with a warranty?
Yes. All of our engagement rings come with a lifetime warranty covering any small stones that may come loose and accidental damage. If your ring is beyond repair, a replacement setting can be provided at cost price. Warranty is not included with other jewellery items.

8. How should I care for my Layla Diamonds jewellery?
We recommend cleaning your jewellery gently with a soft cloth and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals. Store each piece separately to prevent scratches and maintain its sparkle.

9. Can I add engraving to my piece?
Yes, many of our pieces offer engraving options, which can be selected on the product page. Please note that engraved pieces are non-refundable.

11. What is the difference between lab grown and natural diamonds?
Lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and visually identical to natural diamonds — the only difference is their origin. While natural diamonds are formed underground over billions of years, lab grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment using advanced technology.

They are a more sustainable and ethical choice, being entirely conflict-free. Lab grown diamonds typically cost less than natural diamonds of the same quality, making them a popular option for those who want maximum sparkle without the high price tag.

Please note that lab grown diamonds generally do not retain long-term resale value in the same way natural diamonds can. They are best chosen for their beauty, quality, and affordability.

12. Can I view your pieces in person?
We currently offer consultations by appointment. If you'd like to view a piece or discuss a custom design, please contact us to arrange a time.

13. Can I upgrade or change my diamond later?
At this time, we do not offer a diamond upgrade service.

14. Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment options. Please contact us for more details. 

15. Are your rings hallmarked?
Yes, all of our rings are hallmarked in accordance with UK law to guarantee metal purity and authenticity.

16. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We may be able to make changes if your item hasn’t entered production yet. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

17. Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, all orders are sent in unbranded outer packaging to ensure your surprise stays safe. Perfect for proposals and gifts.

18. What materials do you use?
We use only high quality, hallmarked precious metals such as platinum and 18ct gold. Our stones are carefully selected for their brilliance, cut, and ethical sourcing.

19. Do you offer matching wedding bands?
Yes, we offer bespoke wedding bands designed to perfectly match your engagement ring. Please get in touch to discuss custom options.

20. Can I insure my jewellery?
We recommend insuring your jewellery for peace of mind. While we don’t offer insurance directly, we can provide all the documentation needed for your insurer.
