At Layla Diamonds, every piece is handcrafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Please review the information below regarding production times, shipping and delivery.
Production Times
As the majority of our jewellery is made to order, production times vary depending on the design.
Most orders are completed within approximately 2 to 5 weeks from the date of purchase.
If you require your order for a specific date or need it sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our very best to accommodate your requirements.
United Kingdom Delivery
Once your order has been completed, we offer free fully insured next day delivery throughout the United Kingdom.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt and will only be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
International Delivery
We ship to many countries worldwide.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, tracking information will be provided.
Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT and other local charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking & Insurance
All orders are shipped using secure, fully insured delivery services and include tracking information.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information & Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of ordering.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@layladiamonds.com using the same email address used to place the order. Please include your order number and your new delivery address.
While we will do our best to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.
Layla Diamonds cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Layla Diamonds cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or has not been received within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@layladiamonds.com so that we can investigate the matter with the courier.
Claims relating to lost or damaged deliveries must be reported within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
